Welcome to Laksh Tour. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our travel services, including tour packages, bookings, and customer support. By availing services from Laksh Tour, you agree to follow these terms. Please read carefully before making any booking.
1. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings with Laksh Tour are subject to availability and confirmation upon receiving full or partial payment as per package terms. Any discrepancies in the booking details must be reported within 24 hours. Laksh Tour is not liable for errors arising from incorrect information provided by the user.
2. Pricing & Payments
Tour prices may change based on availability, season, and third-party vendor policies. Final pricing will be shared at the time of booking confirmation. Additional personal expenses, taxes, or service charges not mentioned in the package are to be borne by the traveler.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made by travelers will attract charges as per Laksh Tour's cancellation policy and those of associated airlines, hotels, or vendors. Refunds will be processed after deducting applicable charges and may take 7-10 working days, depending on vendor policies.
4. Travel Documentation & Responsibilities
It is the traveler's responsibility to carry valid identification, visas, travel insurance, and other necessary documents. Laksh Tour will not be responsible for denied boarding, immigration issues, or other inconveniences due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.
5. Limitation of Liability
Laksh Tour acts as a facilitator for travel-related services and does not hold liability for delays, cancellations, accidents, or losses caused by airlines, hotels, or other service providers. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the services availed through Laksh Tour.
6. Force Majeure
Laksh Tour shall not be held responsible for events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or pandemics, that may affect travel plans. In such cases, alternative arrangements will be made, subject to availability and vendor cooperation.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of bookings or services with Laksh Tour shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Insert City], India.
